WHITE SPRINGS, Florida – The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement are continuing to investigate the homicide of 25-year-old Tad Leonard Anderson Jr., whose death occurred Jan. 3, 2026, in White Springs.
Officials said the investigation remains active and ongoing as detectives continue working to identify and hold those responsible accountable.
Brian S. Creech said investigators have dedicated significant time and resources to the case and believe members of the public may still have critical information.
“Investigators have spent countless hours working on this case and we remain fully committed to pursuing justice for Tad Anderson and his family,” Creech said. “We believe there are individuals who may have information that could prove critical to this investigation, and we urge anyone with knowledge of this incident to come forward. Even the smallest detail may help investigators move this case forward.”
