A Saturday night road rage incident resulted in the arrest of Nicolle Peith, who is accused of pointing a firearm at two individuals.
The victims reported that they were driving in the area of NW California Boulevard and NW University Boulevard when Peith allegedly prevented them from passing. According to the report, Peith then exited her vehicle, approached the victims displaying a firearm out of her driver’s side window, and threatened to shoot them. Peith reportedly claimed she felt threatened and believed she was being followed.
Nicolle Peith was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. She was subsequently transported to St. Lucie County Jail.
Authorities are reminding the public that if they witness or become a victim of an aggressive driver or road rage incident, they should call 911 immediately.
