The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) has arrested Kenneth Leslie Dolgos, 47, of Ocoee, on 12 felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The arrest is part of FDLE’s ongoing statewide initiative to locate and apprehend individuals targeting children and sharing files depicting child sexual abuse.
FDLE’s investigation commenced on April 30, 2025, when agents participating in an online operation identified a device sharing files depicting the sexual abuse of children on a peer-to-peer platform. The investigation successfully identified Dolgos as the individual sharing and uploading these illicit files and pinpointed his residence as the location where the IP address was being utilized.
On June 4, 2025, FDLE agents executed a search warrant at Dolgos’ residence, seizing multiple electronic devices. A preliminary forensic analysis of these devices revealed numerous digital files depicting the sexual abuse of children, with some victims appearing to be as young as two years old.
Dolgos was arrested without incident and transported to the Orange County Jail. The case is being prosecuted by Attorney General James Uthmeier’s Office of Statewide Prosecution.
FDLE’s investigation into this matter remains active.
