Four Arrested in Armed Burglary of St. Johns County Vape Store

JULINGTON CREEK, Florida – The St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office arrested four suspects, including two juveniles, in connection with an armed burglary at a vape store in St. Johns County.

Deputies responded April 29 to Golden Innovape on Durbin Pavilion Drive after receiving a report of a burglary.

According to investigators, surveillance cameras captured a group of masked individuals just before 3 a.m. throwing a large piece of concrete through the front window of the business before entering the store.

Authorities said three suspects identified as 17-year-old Joshua Kelly, 18-year-old Jordan Raysor, and 17-year-old Zachary Armstrong entered the business and stole merchandise and cash from the register. Investigators said another unidentified individual remained outside holding a firearm while a female juvenile acted as the getaway driver.

The suspects fled the area after the burglary, according to deputies.

Through investigative efforts, deputies later located the suspect vehicle and took the group into custody.

Kelly, Raysor, Armstrong, and the female juvenile were charged with criminal mischief, armed burglary, and grand theft.

Investigators believe the group may also be connected to multiple burglaries in Duval and St. Johns counties earlier this year.

The sheriff’s office said the investigation remains active.
